Prof. Sanal Mazvancheryl received his PhD in Business from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. He holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi as well as an M.B.A from the Indian Institute of Management (I.I.M.) at Calcutta in India. Sanal is currently a professor at American University’s Kogod School of Business. His previous experience includes faculty appointments at Georgetown University, University of Maryland and the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Professor Loek Hopstaken has been teaching International Business Administration topics on bachelor and master levels since 2003. His specializations are Communication, Orgnaizational Design, and Public Relations. Since November 2008 he lives and works in Ho Chi Minh City, but returns to The Netherlands to deliver services to his Dutch clients, and to deliver Master Classes at Wittenborg.
The Netherlands, he has delivered training programs and workshops to Philips, Heineken, Royal Van Zanten, Damen Shipyards and many small and medium sized companies. In Vietnam he is Director of Training at Alliance International Training Corporation, does freelance teaching assignments at RMIT and HCMC Universities of Technology and Industry, and cooperates with several Vietnamese management consultancy and training firms.

Peter Katcoff has been adjunct professor at the University of San Francisco. He completed his doctoral studies there while teaching courses in the Master of Human Resources and Organization Development Program. His research interest is computer-mediated communication. He also taught undergraduate management at San Jose State University. After retiring from a long sales and marketing career in the telecommunications industry he developed a consulting practice that included productivity improvement, leadership development, inventory management, purchasing, marketing, personnel, customer service, and strategic planning.
