Frank Parth, Thạc sỹ khoa học (MS), thạc sỹ quản lý hệ thống (MSSM), MBA, chuyên gia quản lý dự án (PMP) là người sáng lập và là chủ tịch công ty kiểm định dự án Project Auditors LLC. Với hơn 30 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án, ông tham gia công tác giảng dạy và tư vấn cho khách hàng thuộc nhiều ngành nghề khác nhau. GS. Parth có một vốn kiến thức rất sâu rộng về ngành hàng không vũ trụ và phát triển công nghệ.
